Sometimes keeping kids off the small screens is nearly impossible. Here are a couple of tricks Dr Vicky uses to support her kids when using a device with a smaller screen. Sitting on the floor with the screen resting on the couch/chair. By bringing the screen to eye level, they won’t need to look down reducing the pressure on the neck and shoulders. Wearing blue light glasses (not pictured) can reduce eye strain and glare by filtering the blue light from the screen. #kidswellness #chiropractic #OptiStart #screentimechallenge #posturecorrection
