Low back pain and disc injuries are a common issue in the Australian population.

It is expected that 80 per cent of Australians will experience a significant back pain in their lifetime and cause hundreds of Australians to leave work early. Slipped discs can cause great pain and can occur at any time from lifting heavy objects or simply picking a pen up off the floor.

A recent swiss research study gives further confirmation of the effectiveness of chiropractic for low back pain.

The study had 148 people aged between 18 and 65 with slipped or herniated discs found that 88% had improvement in their conditions one year after receiving chiropractic adjustments.

This research further confirms the strong body of scientific research indicating chiropractic can be extremely effective in treating back and neck pain.

Chiropractic is not only effective in the treatment and correction of acute or chronic issues but also as a preventative care. Chiropractic adjustments remove interference in your nervous system and allow your body to function optimally.
